Privacy

This is a demo. Hartwell & Pine Animal Hospital is a fictional clinic, and this site is a concept built by studio47. The new-client form does not send or store anything you type, and the site sets no cookies.

What this site collects

Nothing personal. The form shows a confirmation on screen and then discards what you entered. The only thing saved is a note in your own browser that you closed the demo banner.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may record standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.

The emergency guide

The "Is it an emergency?" guide runs entirely in your browser and gives general direction only. It does not diagnose, and nothing you tap is recorded.

For a real clinic

On a live veterinary site, this page would hold the clinic's own privacy policy, and the intake form would connect to the clinic's practice-management system or a secure form service. A veterinarian should review the wording of the emergency guide before it goes live.
